Tomoko is a Japanese woman married to a man from Burgundy named Guillaume. He does the farming and she does the winemaking once the grapes hit the cellar. The cellar is tiny, the production is even smaller but an abundance of passion is what drives the real success of these wines. This pinot noir is balanced with mineral edges, texture and fruit throughout.
