Orange wine, explained

Orange wine is white wine made like red wine.

How it's made

Regular white wine spends a few hours with the grape skins. Orange wine stays on the skins for days, weeks or even months. The skins add color, texture and a little grip, like a strong cup of tea.

Is it new?

No. It's one of the oldest ways to make wine. It just got a cool name.

How to drink it

A little cool. About 20 minutes in the fridge. Try it with spicy food, roast chicken, cheese or anything off the grill.
